Negative Attitudes are the cause of all problems

Negative attitudes are not only the cause of all peoples problems but they are contagious and are killing many communities. I have been practicing the art of having a positive mental attitude for many years and the more positive I become the more negatives I see in others. Negative thinking people do not realise they are being negative.

Promoting Timaru
For several years I have been trying to promote Timaru but have been battling people with negative attitudes. Last week I went to Ashburton to help promote their town. I could not believe how positive the people were up there and they all supported what I was trying to do for them. A journalist from the local daily newspaper the Guardian even wrote a story about the work I was doing in trying to change attitudes.
A reporter from the Mid Canterbury Herald also wrote a story about my effort to promote the Ashburton district but the Editor of the Newspaper happens live in Timaru and she refused to print the article.

Everyone losers
Because of the negative attitude of the Timaru Herald Editor the readers of the Mid Canterbury Herald have been deprived of some positive information. The journalist who wrote the article has waisted her time and I’ve waisted my time in helping her with the article.

Below is a copy of an email I sent out about 100 people. The email is positive, direct to the point and asks people to confirm if the are coming to the New Zealand launch of  Think Talk

I only got one reply to that email and that was from the Cheif Reporter of the Timaru Herald who told me The Timaru Herald would not be attending my seminar on positive thinking.
Once again a whole group of people are deprived of an opportunity to learn how they can become winners in all areas of their life all because of one persons negative attitude.
